How billing works
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. Your plan and limits are applied by our servers based on the subscription status Paddle reports — never on a browser redirect alone. You can cancel at any time from your account; the paid limits stay active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Free. See the refund policy for how refunds and cancellations work.
What counts as one conversion?
One uploaded file that parses successfully counts as one conversion, however many times you preview or download its results within 72 hours. Files that fail to parse never count. Batch uploads count one conversion per file.
